Küat Consumer Return Policy

This policy applies only to Küat products purchased by a retail consumer directly from kuat.com.

Return Process

To start the return process:

  1. log into your account at shop.kuat.com, open the order with the product you'd like to return, and click the "Request A Return" button on the right-hand side of the page.
    • If you don't know your password, please reset it here to gain access to your account.
    • If you do not have an account at shop.kuat.com or if you don’t receive a password reset email, please contact Customer Service at info@kuat.com or by phone at 1-877-822-5828.
  2. Select the items you'd like to return along with a reason for the return, add any comments, and click the "Submit Request" button.
  3. Once we have received your return request, a customer service rep will reach out to you to finalize your return and go over the next steps.

Additional Conditions

  • The returned products must be received by Küat within 30 days after shipment from Küat.
  • All returned products must be in unused condition and include all manuals, parts, and tools.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging and with the original packing slip.
  • You must receive a Return Authorization before returning the product to Küat.
  • Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund unless the product was damaged during shipment.
  • Pro deals are final sales and not eligible for return or refund.
  • Spare parts, keys, and locks are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products sold by Küat as “open box” or used are not eligible for return or refund.

Returned products are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse, though non-compliant or unauthorized returns may take longer. Any refund will be issued after the returned product has been processed. A partial refund for returned products that do not fully comply with the policy above may be given in the sole and absolute discretion of Küat. A restocking fee or the cost of return shipping, or both, may be deducted from your refund unless (i) the product was damaged when you received it or (ii) you return the product in an unopened box. Küat may charge additional fees if you return a product without preauthorization or fail to comply with the other conditions listed above. Refunds will only be credited to the original card account provided at the time of order.

Order Cancellation

We cannot promise to cancel your order after it has been placed, however if you contact our customer service department(kuat.com/contact-us) or 1-877-822-5828), we will try to cancel your order before it ships to you. If you call us and the product is still shipped to you, you may utilize the return process to get a refund.
